Job Description

Talented Consumer Onboarding design team are seeking an Interaction Designer for a 12 month contract to create simple, personalised, end-to-end onboarding customer experiences on mobile apps and websites across multiple brands. The role will involve responsibilityfor all interaction design elements, from design thinking through to deployment, whilst ensuring empathy and creativity is injected into your work.Sitting within a designated design team, youll have the full support of like-minded creatives. Youll also share knowledge and improve design methods as an active member of the Design community. This is a financial institution, however, is very much committedto a digital / UX design approach.To succeed here were looking for the following experience:

  • Proven and demonstrable background at a senior level, experience in UX design for large scale projects.
  • Advanced skills in competitor analysis, wireframing, journey mapping, prototyping, sketching.
  • Experience of supporting user research activities.
  • Proficiency with industry standard design and business tools such as Axure, InVision, Adobe CC, Sketch, Figma
The role involves flexible working hours, agile working practices, and regular home working. The role is based in Edinburgh so a few days a month will ideally be spent in the Edinburgh office or, alternatively, another of the institutions offices.
