The opportunity Working in the Integrated Mobility team at EYoffers fantastic opportunities to develop client relationships early on in yourcareer and to be involved in the day to day management of relationships anddelivery of our services across a broad range of issues above and beyond taxcompliance and advisory. We are looking to grow our Mobility Services teamwith a Senior Consultant who can deliver high quality services to our clients.Your key responsibilities At EY we operate a client centric approach,meaning we aim to be our clients trusted business partner. This is achieved bybeing pro-active, understanding their challenges and providing a relevant andhigh level of client service: Supporting in the management of clients withinbound expatriates to the UK and UK outbounds.Building and maintaining relationships withclients and providing consistently high levels of client service.Contributing to the successful delivery ofmobility tax projects and ensuring technical excellence.Contributing to the day-to-day delivery of clientservices both compliance and advisory.Facilitating workflow to colleagues in the UK andour offshore compliance processing centre.Contributing to winning new work by proactivelymanaging existing clients.Adherence to Quality and Risk Managementprocesses.Be a trusted member of the team by developing andcounselling junior members of staff.Skills and attributes for success: Prior experience as an expatriate tax practitioneris desirable although candidates with transferable skills and experience willbe considered.Enthusiastic and energetic; able to embrace newways of working.Team player; ability to integrate with new teamsquicklyOutgoing with good relationship skills and theability to deliver quality outputStrong technical skills and keen to developfurtherAbility to build strong clientrelationshipsProject management skills, plan and prioritizework, meet deadlines, monitor own budgetTo qualify for the role you must have: ATT/ACA/CA/ACCA/CTA/Law qualification desirable,support can be offered to candidates seeking to study towards a professionalqualificationAbility to identify areas of risk, carry out aneffective review and know when to refer upwardsClient focused and commercially awareRelationship management skills with ability tomanage client expectationsAbility to solve problems creatively andpragmaticallyExcellent communicator in range of situations bothwritten and oralIdeally, youll also have: Experience working within professionalservices What working at EY offers We offer a competitive remuneration package whereyou will be rewarded for your individual and team performance.
