Job Description

IFA Administrator Opportunity - EdinburghAre you an experienced administrator with a passion for providing excellent service to clients Do you have a great work ethic and natural problem-solving abilities If so, we want you to join our client’s team!A leading provider of independent financial advice, providing holistic financial planning which puts clients first. They aim to provide the very best advice to clients and provide an environment where team members can grow at a pace and direction tailoredto them.As an IFA Administrator, you will be responsible for preparing annual review packs, processing new business, dealing with client and planner queries, and answering phone calls. You will work closely with a team of financial advisors to ensure that clientsreceive the highest level of service.Key Requirements:

  • At least one to two years’ financial services experience in a similar role
  • Effective time management skills - ability to organise workloads and work to deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Intelligent Office back-office system would be beneficial
  • Knowledge of industry platforms such as abrdn/Standard Life Wrap is desired – but training will be provided
