Human Resource ResearcherPertemps Scotland Ltd are working with our client in Edinburgh to recruit a Human Resource Researcher in the Public Sector on a temporary basis for 6 Months with a potential extension. The role is currently remote however the successful candidate will be expectedto be office based once restrictions have lifted.Day rate:280-380 (Inside IR35) via umbrellaMain Duties:As the HR Researcher you will report to the HR Online Customer Services Manager, this post will review HR policy and guidance and recommend a structure for user access and governance. You will support HR customers to self-serve and access our services efficientlyto help achieve the organisations vision of a HR service for the way we live and work today.This is an exciting opportunity to frame and shape a future approach which will support users in interacting with HR Services efficiently, self-serving where appropriate.
