Job Description

SRUC is embarking on an institutional wide pay and grading review and are currently seeking an experienced HR Adviser to join our team.Reporting to the Pay and Reward Business Partner, in this role you will contribute to providing an effective and professional Human Resource function to SRUC. The post holder will provide professional advice and administrative support, with a particularfocus on supporting the implementation of a new pay and grading structure, with duties including:

  • Supporting the Pay and Reward Business Partner with the development and implementation of a new pay and grading structure, by gathering appropriate information, responding to queries, advising colleagues appropriately and supporting the development of jobdescriptions.
  • Providing advice and support in relation to the pay and grading project and advise and assist on the development of appropriate documents associated with the project.
This is a full-time post - fixed term for 12 months. Placement on the salary scale will be dependent on qualifications and experience. Consideration may be given to flexibility in the working hours.Occasional travel to SRUC locations across Scotland may be required to fulfil the requirements of the post.
