HSE Trainer – Construction / House BuilderOne of the UK’s leading housebuilders have a fantastic opportunity for a HSE Trainer to join the team in Scotland. The company build over 15,000 homes a year, currently working on around 400 sites across the UK.The HSE Trainer will identify and assist in the HSE Training needs of staff across the company, developing and delivering accredited and in-house HSE training courses in both online and classroom based formats. The role is primarily delivering training to Scottish staff, but there may be occasional requirements for UK wide travelThe role of HSE Trainer will primarily see you delivering the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) suite of courses. It is expected that in the short term, you will be primarily delivering remotely, so experience of MS Teams / Zoom training is essential, as is the experience of delivering the CITB courses. You will hold a recognised Training qualification, alongside relevant Health & Safety qualifications (NEBOSH, NVQ, NCRQ) and membership of IOSH.
