Syme Drummond has been retained by this high growth tech customer based in Edinburgh as they seek to appoint a part time HR generalist to support the senior leadership team achieve their business vision. This role would offer a blended model once Covid restrictions ease.With ambitious plans, this role will allow the successful applicant to really shape and define the HR function. Working across all areas of HR, you will provide both operational and strategic HR support. You will be experienced in all areas of HR including HR Policy, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Talent Management. Experience of Payroll would be advantageous albeit not essential.The organisation is entrepreneurial and encourages autonomy and creativity.
