Job Description

Currently recruiting a HR Digital Transformation Business Change Manager. The role is a 12 month FTC, based in Edinburgh for a financial services business.Client DetailsWell known Financial Services business.DescriptionThe successful person will require to work in partnership with the senior business sponsors and business to deliver a change transformation plan which drives positive adoption and advocacy of new ways of working to ensure a smooth transition. This includes:

  • Generating positive engagement and feedback from stakeholders, measure our success
  • Colleague engagement and communications
  • Embedding new capabilities into business areas
  • Helping managers support colleagues through the changes
  • You need to have experience in:
  • supporting delivery of digital transformation programmes that drives a colleague focused culture, and a right first time approach
  • working with senior business sponsors to lead and co-ordinate change and engagement activities across different business areas including communication, coaching, education, training and stakeholder management - our colleagues need to feel connected to the transformation experience
  • challenging behaviours and stakeholders where appropriate to ensure we are driving positive adoption and advocacy whilst listening to our customer
  • embracing new technology and understanding the impact this will have on our user experience
  • ProfileThe skills youll need are:
  • Highly focussed on colleague experience and the impact this has on engagement
  • Working at pace and have a passion for bringing others along the journey
  • Ability to work in partnership with all parts of our business to understand their needs and interpret this into actionable activity
  • Excellent communication skills and confident at stakeholder management
  • Recognise risks early and take mitigating action
  • Have experience of building and managing project plans
  • Be a self-starter, able to manage competing priorities
