Job Description

This is an exciting role working in a busy HR Business Support Team. This role would suit an HR Administrator experienced in a generalist HR environment.In this role you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for the HR Business Support Hub, ensuring that customers receive a first-class service and that confidentiality and security is maintained at all times
  • Work as part of the HR Business Support Team to deliver a wide range of administrative support
  • Accurately process and record information in accordance with key deadlines
  • Provide a high level of HR transactional services within key performance measures
  • Adhere to appropriate regulations, policies and procedures
  • Deal with enquiries from internal and external customers in a timely manner, personally resolving matters or ensuring an appropriate handover
  • Provide resilience through generic and flexible working across the team to maintain effective administration systems
  • Provide support to the HR management team
  • To be considered for this role, you should possess proven excellent HR administrative experience. You will have good planning and organising skills and confident working on your own initiative. You should also have experience of working in a busy environment with responsibility for multiple tasks on a daily basis. Excellent customer service skills combined with good Microsoft Office skills are essential and you should be able to work flexibly within the role.This is a part time role working 28 hours per week on a fixed term contract for 6 months. This averages out at 5h 36m per day. Mandatory days required are Tuesdays and Thursdays.
