Job Description

If this sounds like you, please read on to find out more about the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) opportunity to cover the Scotland and North East of England regions.How will you support usAs a HRBP you will partner with the functional leadership teams to bring our knowledge, expertise and insight to influence and support delivering our strategic plans. You will develop the People Plan by seeking and sharing Functional insight to ensure alignment,implementation and sustainability of the plan. And you will also support culture change by driving, sustaining and improving behaviour and practices, which deliver business priorities. This role is home and field based.Typical tasks you can expect to do in this role include;

  • Coaching and Leading - Coach operational/functional teams through role modelling behaviours and actively keeping coaching on the agenda to support the sustainability of a coaching culture
  • Putting your customers first - Research customer insight; understand the customers needs and be proactive. Provide constructive challenge where required. Implement regional/functional activity and continually review to ensure sustainability
  • Collaborating and Influencing - Identify, implement and advocate ways to share knowledge and best practice. Open up networks to our teams / colleagues. Actively working with others and seek opportunities to collaborate. Be welcoming to others and advocateand promote inclusion.
  • Use data to influence, challenge and support the delivery of regional/functional plans in line with our strategy. Understand, recognise and listen to other peoples perspectives to deliver the regional/functional plan.
  • Safety and wellbeing - maintain highest standards of safety and help delivery message to be best in the industry.
  • Recruitment, L&D and Reward - in all these areas, to support, advise and lead on new and improved ways of working.
