Job Description

HR AdministratorEdinburghHybrid£21,453 - £22,950Permanent ContractFT | MF | 8:30am4:30pmReed HR are delighted to be once again working with one of our core clients in the education sector, as they look to recruit an HR Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.This is a brilliant opportunity to join an incredibly friendly and supportive team as well as securing a permanent contract for yourself, in a busy and rewarding role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing all the administration activitiesto support the effective service delivery of the HR function.Benefits:

Main Responsibilities / Duties:
  • Managing the HR email inbox, responding to and escalating any queries where necessary
  • Supporting the full end-to-end lifecycle for all recruitment, working closely with the HR Assistants to implement the organisations recruitment strategy
  • Working with Payroll to fully maintain the iTrent Payroll/HR system
  • Assisting with the production of HR reports for the Senior Management Team and other stakeholders
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
  • Experience in a similar administration-based role
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks and work to specific time frames
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
