This role would suit an administrator with experience in a busy/demanding environment. Experience of generalist HR administration would be beneficial though not essential.In this role you will: Be the first point of contact for the HR Business Support Hub, ensuring that customers receive a first-class service and that confidentiality and security is maintained at all timesWork as part of the HR Business Support Team to deliver a wide range of administrative support Accurately process and record information in accordance with key deadlines Provide a high level of HR transactional services within key performance measures Adhere to appropriate regulations, policies and procedures Deal with enquiries from internal and external customers in a timely manner, personally resolving matters or ensuring an appropriate handover Provide resilience through generic and flexible working across the team to maintain effective administration systems Provide support to the HR management teamTo be considered for this role, you should possess proven excellent administrative experience. You will have good planning and organising skills and confident working on your own initiative. You should also have experience of working in a busy environmentwith responsibility for multiple tasks on a daily basis. Excellent customer service skills combined with good Microsoft Office skills are essential and you should be able to work flexibly within the role.
