About the Role To support the Head of Health and Wellbeing in the day to day management of the firms health and wellbeing activity.Key responsibilities:* Oversight of service delivery* Manage operational queries and be the point of contact for the firm, including Wellbeing Ambassadors, Menopause Champions etc.* In conjunction with Head of Health and Wellbeing keep the wider HR and Business Partnering teams up to date with any changes to health and wellbeing provision and be the source of knowledge for all health and wellbeing resources.* Create and update annual calendar of firmwide wellbeing events for UK and International offices* Manage the CMS Wellbeing inbox and respond to any queries that arise* Maintain training records for Wellbeing Ambassadors and keep all relevant Compass lists and outlook groups up to date* Co-ordinate 1/4ly support meetings for Wellbeing Ambassadors/Menopause Champions to share knowledge and experiences* Co-ordinate regular training and awareness updates for Wellbeing Ambassadors/Menopause Champions and HR teams* Liase with the L&D and Early Talent teams to provide Health & Wellbeing induction* Work closely with the International HR team to help embed health and wellbeing within the regional offices* Work with CMS Physiotherapist to provide Posture Awareness workshops for relevant cohorts including Trainees, pregnant employees etc.* Work with CMS Occupational Health Adviser to co-ordinate Long Covid support group sessions* Work closely with the HR Benefits team to keep up to date with health and wellbeing related benefits and any new additions to the offering* Work with other internal teams eg IT, Facilities and Procurement to ensure processes for the provision of non-standard items (eg: for musculoskeletal issues or to support neurodiversity) are in place* Provide adequate cover for the Head of Health and Wellbeing and be a point of contact as necessary.About You* A genuine interest in health and wellbeing, and gaining experience within a large professional services organisation* Able to work on own initiative but within a team environment, and working with remote colleagues* Commercial, with good analytical skills, strong attention to detail* Good written and oral communication skills. Able to articulate wellbeing information in a practical and accessible manner, both face to face and in writing* Able to build relationships at all levels based on trust, respect and service delivery* Proactive customer service focus* Strong administrative and organisational skills* Ability to manage deadlines, deliver projects and work effectively under pressure* Able to maintain confidentiality* Strong Excel skills and analytical capability Equal Opportunities At CMS, a next-generation mindset is woven into all we do.
