Job Description

As one of the most exciting agencies of their kind in the UK, they are growing fast and currently looking for an experienced Head of Marketing and Communications to join their team.In this newly created Head of Marketing & Communications role, you will lead the Marketing Team into and throughout their next growth phase, working alongside the fellow Leadership (Business Development, Operations, Culture, Locations and Production). You willalso play a key role in building the brand in order to fulfil key company objectives. What youll be doing:

  • Lead and manage the Marketing Team, setting annual and quarterly targets.
  • Act as Brand Guardian, owning the execution of the brand and its identity, both internally and externally.
  • Plan the marketing, communications, social media and PR strategy to drive awareness, nationally and internationally.
  • Develop highly targeted and personalised contact strategies for key customer groups.
  • Oversee all digital and social media content and artwork prior to sign off ensuring it is on message and on brand.
  • Plan for presence at national and international events, markets and festivals.
  • Champion best in class digital marketing practices, advise on and drive digital marketing initiatives to grow.
  • Lead on market research across key industry sectors - Film & TV; Advertising; Fashion; Music Videos and Sport.
  • Build industry networks nationally and internationally.
  • Manage the marketing budget.
  • Write and present quarterly Marketing Reports for Executive team.

  • Good understanding of Film & TV and/or Advertising and/or Music Videos and/or Fashion.
  • Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of CRM systems (Hubspot would be a plus).
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.4
