Today, their CSAS, CellView, and CDAN solutions are at the heart of the Metropolitan Police Services digital transformation, playing a critical role in combating major crimes like drug gangs, VAWG, andeconomic crime.In 2022, they moved their software to the cloud, and are now pioneering SaaS offerings, putting powerful tools directly in the hands of front-line officers. With funding from Mercia Asset Management, they are also expanding internationally, establishing ForensicAnalytics Inc. in 2023 with a growing US and Canadian customer base.As Head of Marketing, youll be a strategic powerhouse, leading the charge in promoting their innovative software and services. Youll craft compelling campaigns, generate leads, and build brand awareness, all while playing a key role in their leadership team.Heres what youll do:

• Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels, driving demand for our solutions.
• Craft compelling messaging that resonates with our target audience of law enforcement agencies.
• Manage and optimise our marketing budget, ensuring maximum return on investment.
• Generate high-quality leads through various channels, nurturing them into sales opportunities.
• Stay ahead of the curve on marketing trends and technologies, constantly innovating our approach.
• Establish strong relationships with external stakeholders, such as industry thought leaders and subject matter experts e.g. TechUK, Police Foundation, Tony Blair Institute
• Lead the evolution of our HubSpot CRM to ensure both accuracy of forecasting and compliance.
• Track and analyse relevant analytics and report on ROI across different marketing initiatives to senior leadership.
• Manage third party partners e.g. web and brand agency and ensure brand guidelines and tone of voice is universally applied in all marketing and communications.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and other teams to ensure alignment and success.

What you bring:

• Ideally 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the technology (SaaS) or security sector.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Experience with marketing automation software e.g. Hubspot
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics (SEO, SEM, content marketing, etc.).
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to measure marketing ROI.
• Passion for social impact and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by law enforcement.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
