Head of Actuarial Reporting (ERM and BPA)Up to £110k + excellentbenefits including up to 60% bonus.PermanentHybrid working from Birmingham, Edinburgh, or London.Loriens client, a market leading Financial Services organisation, are currently looking for a new Head of Actuarial Reporting to lead an established team in the onboarding of new Equity Release Mortgages (ERM) and Bulk Purchase Annuities into actuarialreporting processes (BPO), leveraging tactical and strategic modelling solutions to enable initial recognition and long-term efficient and robust reporting.The team is mid-way through a restructure and this Head Of position will lead the team to the new world, becoming more agile so offers a great opportunity to affect real change whilst having exposure to key Senior Stakeholders, therefore being a great opportunityfor a candidate looking to progress their career.This is a leadership position, with up to 7 direct reports, where a technical background is essential as you will challenge the team, understand whats going on and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, who have may or may not have a technicalunderstanding.Role Requirements:The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving successful and efficient actuarial change delivery across a range of different types of projects, with direct exposure to actuarial modelling and data systems, reporting processes and methodologies,as well as:
