JobAs Group Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will be at the forefront of financial strategy & analysis, driving growth & enhancing the organisation’s mission. You will:
  • Lead a dedicated team of finance business partners, providing crucial insights & analytics to key stakeholders
  • Be instrumental in guiding the senior leadership team & the Board
  • Collaborate with the Group Finance Director in strategic budgeting, forecasting, & business planning
  • Enhance financial reporting & forecasting processes, implementing improvements for efficiency & effectiveness
  • Provide financial expertise & advice, supporting business decisions & investment appraisals
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies & regulatory requirements
YouAs Group Financial Planning & Analysis Manager you will be skilled &/or qualified in:
  • A fully qualified CCAB (ICAEW/ACCA/CIMA) accountant
  • Exceptional stakeholder management & relationship-building skills
  • Proven experience in enhancing financial, management, & Board reporting processes
  • Strong analytical & financial modelling skills
  • Leadership experience with a track record of developing teams & managing performance
  • Strong MS Excel skills
