Job Description

An exciting role has just become available to join our extremely talented Consulting Team, as part of the Designed4Success brand, already seeing relationships built with highly reputation brands in the financial and legal services sector, specialising in:

Having seen steady and significant growth over the last few years with further growth expected to follow, a need has been identified for someone to support the Programme Manager in some of our latest psychological research, programme development and administrativesupport of the business. They will work closely with and report directly to the Programme Manager.To be considered for the Graduate Psychologist and Programme Coordinator role, youll require to have:
  • Degree in Psychology or another relevant social science subject
  • Natural communication skills, comfortable to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel to an intermediate standard
  • Excellent organisation skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Confident and ability to provide positive challenge to improve processes
  • Self-motivation, curiosity and the drive to take initiative to succeed and progress
  • A natural research-oriented approach to providing solutions
  • Personable and friendly character and a client-focused work ethic
  • Ability to cope under pressure
You also preferably have experience in at least one of the following areas:
  • Psychology or Social Science Research, Learning and Development, Organisational Development or Office Management and Project Management.
We work closely with a body of diverse and experienced associate consultants, including psychologists, executive coaches, HR professionals, actors and artists, so youll always have the opportunity to learn and working with some inspirational peers.We have a varied service portfolio, including executive coaching, design and facilitation of workshops, personality assessment, psychometric design and administration, and facilitation of focus groups, whilst some of our other exciting, emerging work involvesthe research and application of blended learning, the establishment of a cognitive diversity psychometric, and research into gamification.Within this Graduate Psychologist and Programme Coordinator position youll also be:
  • Providing day to day administrative support to the Programme Manager, Director of Consulting, Consultants and Psychologists
  • Coordinating resources, diary management and managing live client projects
  • Liaising with a wide range of stakeholders (internally & externally) on a variety of tasks
  • Checking and validating documents and invoices relating to delivered programmes
  • Supporting and applying research in organisational and social psychology
  • Design and development of workshops, psychometrics and programme materials
  • Researching and writing articles for publishing relating to organisational behaviour
  • Other duties as required in support of the business
Salary & Benefits Information£20,000 - £23,000 per annum37.5 hours per week, MondayFriday, flexibleBenefits include:
