Graduate Accounting Software Consultant Accounting & Tax software vendor Growth Package: £21,000 - £25,000 + benefitsOffice: Edinburgh - Hybrid

  • Are you AAT level 2 qualified
  • Do you have experience supporting software products
We are working with an exciting software vendor who provide cloud software solutions with a focus on Accounting/Tax & bookkeeping software. This growing software vendor have been around for 15 years now and are looking to add to their work family.We are currently recruiting for a Graduate Accounting Software Consultant on behalf of our client. More about the role below:Graduate Accounting Software Consultant - Job Accountabilities
  • Supporting Accounting & Tax customers with any complex queries that need solving.
  • Solve Software Support queries using the service desk.
  • First line support to our clients customers via various channels.
  • Get involved with some presales activity with potential new clients.
  • Supporting the product team internally with testing new features or upgrades.
Graduate Accounting Software Consultant - Experience Needed
  • Experience working in an accountancy practice, as an accounts assistant or in a bookkeeping role.
  • Knowledge of Payroll, VAT Tax, and accounting knowledge.
  • Experience with line management.
  • Working knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping or tax software.
  • Experience in a customer service role.
Excellent time management, organisational, and communication skills
