Job Description

An exciting vacancy has opened for a Global Logistics Manager to join a well-respected client of ours in Edinburgh.This role will suit a professional and experienced Logistics candidate with a background in the Pharmaceutical, Food/Drink or FMCG industries!The Role:

  • Ensuring global distribution runs smoothly and within budget requirements
  • Adhering to international import/export requirements
  • Relationship building with pre-existing and new 3PLs
  • Developing transport roadmaps to facilitate expansion into new markets and for strategic projects.
    • The Candidate:
  • Extensive knowledge of fast-moving transport/logistics.
  • Import/Export compliance expertise.
  • Educated to a degree level or equivalent qualification/experience desirable.
  • Some travel will be required to visit manufacturers and distributors in Switzerland.
