German Speaking Customer Success Advisor - Remote WorkingAre you Fluent in German We are recruiting for a German speaking Customer Success Advisors for a global leader within the travel industry.This is a critical customer service role within support organization, working externally with Customers to coordinate and drive the resolution of critical issues, provide timely and accurate updates regarding the escalations.This position comes with competitive pay - £23,500 per year, comprehensive benefits, and various opportunities to support your development. Do you have what it takes to become a part of our teamKey Roles and Responsibilities:* Resolve escalated customer concerns and complaints by creating positive experiences Provide insight into the current state of the customer relationship with escalated accounts* Utilize strong communication skills to connect with customers and negotiate when necessary* Consistently follow-up with customers until their concerns are fully resolved* Develop and maintain a prioritized issue list and action plan to drive resolution to critical issues.* Identify operational issues and cooperate with other teams/departments to improve the clients products and services* Enhance the clients brand through social media and reputation platforms (Facebook, Twitter, TrustPilot etc.)* Proactively and independently works to meet related targetsSituated in their stunning Head office based in Edinburgh or remote working you will be servicing customers from around the globe, in a fast paced environment. Our client services over 400 million customers worldwide, with over 30000 employees it is the second largest online travel company in the world today, this wasnt achieved by accident but through offering a extraordinary level of customer service at all times.To be considered for this role please finds details below -* Proven and consistent track record of delivering excellent customer service on a regular basis* At least 1 years experiences in complaint handling or customer service* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and the native language * Strong negotiation and objection handling skills* Ability to manage customer expectations clearly, a balanced and analytical approach to solving customer problems* Have a passion for helping and supporting others* A positive and friendly attitude with willingness to innovate changeThe shift pattern is 37.5 hours per week 5 out of 7 days. Monday - Sunday between 7am - 11pm, you will however get your rota 6 weeks in advance to plan ahead.
