Job Description

Geo-environmental SpecialistLocation: EdinburghReference: BY1184Salary: £28,000 - £35,000.This multidisciplinary environmental consultancy with a team of experienced specialists are seeking a geo-environmental specialist to join their expanding group. Specialising in over 10 different industries on a huge range of projects across the centralbelt, the consultancy have the team and experience to support you through projects and your career development.The Geo-environmental Specialist offered the position will receive:

  • A competitive salary (£28,000 - £33,000), with added benefits.

The Geo-environmental Specialist role will involve office based report work, client liaison, fieldwork and some project management. Youll be carrying out site investigations and assessments and working with other multidisciplinary teams to ensure projectsare delivered on time and within budget.This Geo-environmental Specialist selected will have:
  • A degree in geology, engineering geology, civil engineering, chemistry or similar.
  • Experience as a geo-environmental, engineering geologist or geotechnical engineer, working in field and in office.
  • A clean and valid UK Driving licence.
  • Commutable to Edinburgh.
