This is an international logistics group with a large network of specialist sites, working for a number of very high profile customers. The business is profitable, successful and is poised for a surge in volumes post-Covid.In this position you will manage one of the companys larger operations. It has an established and loyal workforce that have delivered great results under difficult circumstances. Your job is to now take the business to the next level of performance and lead the team as it experiences a rapid turnaround in order volumes.Your background will be in a logistics or service related sector. Most important is that you have managed large groups of people (250+ ideally) in a unionised environment.
