Fraud Response Advisor Are you passionate about Customer ServiceOur client is a Global Financial Organisation who has launched a new digital bank based in the UK. As such they have created a best in class customer service function in Edinburgh and are on the hunt for talented Fraud Response Advisors to join them and leadfrom the front.The position is customer focused and you will be required to respond to fraud risks and manage fraud cases within a multi-skilled customer operations team. You will also be expected to complete a number of non-fraud tasks which will include wider customer servicecalls. This will be required to support the principle of mutli skilled teams and building what they aim to be an industry leading customer service operation. The role will provide the opportunity to gain a breadth of knowledge, perspectives and experienceacross different fraud and non fraud specialisms whilst retaining the opportunity to support customers directly.Our client will offer exceptional training and support to ensure you have all the tools and help to succeed and develop.To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following experience and competencies:* Experience in identifying fraud and related financial crime risks and take the appropriate steps to mitigate the risks (desired)* Experienced in handling fraud related queries from customers and taking necessary actions such as account restrictions etc (desired)* Be customer centric.* Have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.* Be empathetic and a problem solver.* Comfortable working in a start-up environment.* Have a growth mind-set.* Be a multitasker - talk/type with the customer whilst researching resolution and maintaining customer engagement.* Have an intrinsic passion to deliver first class service.* Be a critical thinker - establish root cause and champion to change.* Be a team player and excellent brand advocate.* Have a passion to learn and self-develop.* Have the ability to operate effectively in a virtual team working environmentMy client will also consider those with collections experience.Full time 35 hours per week from their fabulous Edinburgh office.
