Progeny is the proud winner of the Yorkshire Financial Awards 2023 Best Employer award!Position: Financial Planning AdministratorLocation: EdinburghSalary: Up to £32,250 dependent on experienceWe are looking for a Financial Planning Administrator (known internally as Client Executive) who can work collaboratively with Financial Planners and Paraplanners, supporting with a variety of administrative tasks and ensuring their portfolios of privateand corporate clients receive an exceptional level of service.The Wealth department is made up of fast paced and dynamic teams who need a detail-orientated and self-starting individual to join them.You will support new business requirements through processing and submitting a wide range of pensions, life assurance and investment business, and efficiently responding to client and Financial Planner requests.Key Responsibilities

  • Support new business requirements with processing and submitting a wide range of pensions, life assurance and investment business.
  • Prepare annual review packs for Planners’ Client meetings.
  • Complete administration requirements following Planner meetings with Clients.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all Clients: dealing with correspondence and telephone enquiries within agreed timescales. Resolving incoming queries from clients.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
  • Relevant experience in a supporting/administration role within a financial service setting.
  • Experience of working in a client facing role.
  • Good working knowledge in areas such as pensions, investments, and protection.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Product Provider websites and on-line systems, Old Mutual Wealth, Elevate, Transact and Standard Life.
  • Experience of using MS Dynamics 365 CRM Curo (desirable)
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships within all aspects of the business.
  • Well organised and excellent time management skills.
  • Diploma in Financial Planning or working towards (desirable).
