As a result of their strong client-centred work, the firm are able to offer the successful candidatean existing book of clients alongside further client opportunities through new and existing business leads.To be successful, it is imperative that you will be a professional and ambitious adviser who can build strong rapport with their clients; It will also be crucial that you can regularly develop and maintain successful and long-lasting client relationships.Furthermore, it is vital that you have the knowledge and experience to work on the full spectrum of financial advice so that you can consistently achieve your clients requirements and goals. As the successful individual, you will have full access to and supportfrom the administration and paraplanning teams.Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional service and top-quality financial advice to a large portfolio of private clients.
• You will create and maintain long-term client relationships that are built upon your excellent service and advice.
• You will thoroughly explain the potential benefits and disadvantages of various products and services to your clients that is underpinned by comprehensive research and data analysis.
• You will provide technical ongoing advice reviews on all aspects of the clients financial requirements and affairs; You will also provide the client with a full report and explanation of their financial performance.
• You will remain up to date with all regulations, legislation, policies, and procedures relevant to financial advice, wealth management and asset management; It is crucial that you maintain your own knowledge of current affairs and the potential impact onyour clients.
• You will strictly adhere to compliance procedures and strongly comply with the regulations of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
• You will adopt an open, honest approach and deal with all aspects of client requirements and affairs with integrity; You will also communicate information to clients in a manner that is appropriate for their level of understanding.

Required Skills, Experience and Knowledge

• You will hold the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (Or Equivalent). Level 6 / Chartered Status is desired but not essential.
• You will be a confident, authentic, genuine and charismatic individual with excellent sales and presentation skills.
• You must have exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills.
• You will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• You will be driven and highly motivated to achieve and exceed business targets.
• You must be hard working, enthusiastic, passionate, focused and articulate with a strong commitment to delivering an excellent client experience and service; It is imperative that you adopt a highly ethical and professional approach to your work.
• You will be eager to develop your career and will therefore possess a strong understanding of how you would like to achieve this; You will be prepared to undergo further study and training where appropriate.
• You must have excellent knowledge on all areas of wealth management (including investments, pensions, protection, retirement options, and tax planning); You must be able to research, analyse and interpret a diverse range of information.
• You will have a strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• You will have the ability to work individually as well as part of a team.
• You will have strong literacy, numeracy, and IT skills.
• You will be able to convey complex information to a wide variety of people with various levels of understanding both written and verbally.
