Job Description

Are you looking to work within an organisation that cares for each other and work best as a teamAMS are looking for an Administration Officer to join our well-known high street bank client based in Edinburgh.35 Hours Per WeekMonday - Friday (Shifts between 0800 - 1800)Pay Rate £11.84 per hourFirst few days in office, followed by working from home with 1 day in the office each weekStart Date - ASAP6 month Contract - Can lead to extended or perm positionShort Description of the JobUndertake billing team processes with responsibility for the accurate calculations and payment of a range of fees for schemes for which the business unit is appointed.Key Responsibilities- Set-up, input and check a range of fee types accurately, backing up with scheme documentation such as prospectus, valuations, supplier tariffs and client service level agreements.- Liaise with internal stakeholders and clients to resolve queries, prioritising to ensure client service level agreements are metExperience required:

  • Strong administrative skills - ideally from an accounts or financial services background
  • Excellent computer literacy skills
  • Good interpersonal skills to enable you to work as part of a team
  • Good attention to detail to ensure quality of work does not fall below expected levels of accuracy
  • Numeracy and keyboard skills, knowledge of MS Office applications particularly Excel
  • The ability to manage and prioritise workloads within a team environment to meet common goals
