These, in combination with the business’ plan to expand the primary service offering, position Blackcircles.com as a truly unique digital business within the sector.Job PurposeBlackcircles.com is currently seeking to appoint a Finance Manager to work closely with the Finance Director to implement control and efficiency within the busy finance team following a significant year of change and growth, both for the business and the team, ahead of the next planned growth phase. The Finance Manager will play a critical role in both running the finance team day to day operations and effecting change aligned with top-line strategy.To help make its ambitious growth plans a reality, Blackcircles.com require a talented Finance Manager that will be the key link between finance and operations & is capable of progressing to a leadership position within the near future. Candidate Requirements

A qualified Accountant - ACCA/ICAS/ICAEW/CIMA

Operated within a high volume/growth business

People Management experience & a track record in developing highly motivated teams

Demonstrable understanding of how to optimise finance process cycles, ensuring robust controls at every touchpoint throughout the journey

Advanced user of Excel
