Our Contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) service partner with Tesco Bank to support contingentrecruitment hiring.On behalf of Tesco Bank, AMS are now looking for a Finance Business Partner to work in their Commercial Finance team based in Edinburgh on a hybrid working model of 2 days per week from the office and 3 days working from home, for an initialcontract length of 9 Months.Tesco Bank prides itself on their range of simple and convenient retail banking and insurance products designed specifically to meet the needs of Tesco customers. They believe that every little help makes a big difference, and by putting the customer firstand rewarding their loyalty, they are offering something they believe every bank should.Youll have close connections to your finance colleagues looking after Savings, Lending and Money Services products but your day-to-day will be focusing on the staff and non-staff cost side of Credit Risk, Payments, Financial Difficulties (Collections &Recoveries), Marketing, and others within CBO.The main aims are to create a culture of cost efficiency within those areas, develop insightful analysis that can influence decisions as well as understanding the underlying cost drivers and the correlation to activities/outcomes within the product teams.Overview of roleAs a decision support manager / finance business partner your role will be varied and will involve working with many stakeholders across the business as well as within the finance functionYour main responsibilities will include:

• Month End Reporting
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Investment Appraisal
• Cost & Headcount management
• Cost Allocations

There is no line management responsibility in this role, but you will be assisted in some of your duties by a Decision Support Analyst.What youll bringWe dont expect you to tick every box, and if you feel you hit most of the brief, its worth exploring to further develop your career here with us at Tesco Bank.

• CIMA/ACCA/ICAS qualified, with finance business partnering experience
• Experience in Financial Services
• Strong Excel skills, and proficient with PowerPoint
• Inquisitive mindset, able to find and develop insight from the numbers that can be used to influence decisions
• Able to work independently, and as part of a wider team
• Comfortable working with and influencing stakeholders up to senior management level
• Comfortable challenging decisions and ways of working, and in their own ways of working
