Job Description

Robert Half are working with an exciting growing business based in Edinburgh to recruit a Finance Assistant on an interim basis (6-12 months initially). Our client is looking for an all-rounded Finance Assistant who can work well under-pressure within theirfriendly finance team.Key responsibilities:

  • Purchase Ledger - processing invoices
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Credit control
  • Assisting with payment run preparation
  • Matching credit card receipts to statements
  • Any other ad hoc duties
Must have:
  • At least 3 years accounting experience
  • Experience with sage50
  • Ideally good excel
  • Pro-active attitude
  • Positive mind-set
  • Team player
