About the role:We are currently looking to recruit Female Support Workers in Nether Currie to join our existing friendly team, you will be supporting two young people in their own home to maintain their tenancy and lead a full life and happy life. Ifyou are caring, kind and want to work in a job that is genuinely rewarding, then this job is for you. What do you need to become our Female Support Worker
  • Compassionate, Caring and Confident people to support people to lead the life they want.
  • Good communication skills and be a collaborator.
  • Keenness to learn and creatively solve problems.
  • Desire to embrace our values and vision – and have fun!
  • Full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
  • Previous experience supporting adults is desirable, but training will be given to suitable applicants.
  • Ability to work on a flexible basis is key to ensure the best outcomes for the people we support.
