Job Description

Part Time - Face to Face Customer Service Advisor/ Front of HouseHours per week: 18 hours, Monday - FridayWorking Hours: Monday - Thursday 13:30-17:00, Friday 13:00-17:00.Pay Rate: £12.81 per hourLocation: Royston Wardieburn Community CentreAre you a people person with a passion for making a difference in your community Were looking for a friendly and dedicated individual to join our team as a Face-to-Face Customer Service Representative/Front of House at the Local Community Centre.Role and Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude as they enter the community centre.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors with inquiries, registrations, and bookings for various centre activities and events.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and address any customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
  • Contribute to the overall positive atmosphere and community spirit of the centre through your interactions with visitors and fellow team members.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software applications.
