Together, we are trusted by our clients to deliver operational excellence through innovative solutionsand dynamic partnerships.We are currently seeking a professional to join our team in the role of: Executive AssistantThe primary purpose of the role of an Executive Assistant is to provide extensive and comprehensive secretarial and administrative support function to the various MSS Operations EXCOKey responsibilities will include:Providing high quality email, diary management and travel services for multiple stakeholdersEnsuring that the EXCOs are supported at all times by anticipating workload and provision of appropriate materials, briefings and agendas Carrying out accurate booking of travel arrangements according to policy and comprehensive itineraries producedProducing and maintaining a yearly timeline of travel and key meeting dates Recommending a suitable agenda for the EXCOs travel by reaching out to locations to decide on meetings schedule to ensure maximum exposure and key stakeholders are metTo be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:A demonstrated background of working as a Personal Assistant/Executive AssistantExperience of supporting multiple stakeholders within a large organisationAbility to build string and valued relationships efficientlySuperior communication skills, both written and verbal is essential Ability to effectively prioritise conflicting demands and work within a fast paced environment Strong problem solving and decision making skills Highly adaptable to change, being flexible and proactive in your approachIT Literate with experience of using Microsoft Office applications Some knowledge of investment banking and/or market securities would be advantageousThe role has a hybrid working pattern allowing for home based and office based working at HSBC offices in Edinburgh.Youll achieve more when you join HSBC.As a business operating in markets all around the world, we believe diversity brings benefits for our customers, our business and our people.
