Job Description

Three Bridges Recruitment are proud to present a permanent role offering a great opportunity to join an established and successful charity in the centre of Edinburgh. JobThe role of Executive Assistant will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:
  • Supporting the senior leadership team, including COO, FD and Director of HR
  • Producing high quality management information to Trustees
  • Diary and email management, including organising meetings
  • Producing exceptional PowerPoint presentations
  • Making decision on work priorities and solving problems
  • Ensuring reports are prepared on time by the relevant parties
  • Providing project support, including carrying out research
  • Attending meeting and producing accurate minutes
  • Any other responsibilities as required
YouAs an Executive Assistant you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:
  • Confident in dealing with senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrable experience of carrying out all of the tasks listed above
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and identifying issues in advance
  • Excellent literacy skills - proof reading with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to deal with confidential information appropriately
