This is evidenced by our wellbeingoffer, our capability to facilitate flexible working and our support to enjoy a healthy work life balance.Key Responsibilities of the RoleLiaise with clients and prospective buyers in a professional, polite and respectful mannerFull use of REAPIT including maintaining records with 100% accuracyPartake in Power 90s to manage buyer databaseContribute to our measurable metrics by developing contacts and creating new pitching opportunitiesComplete viewing follow ups ensuring 100% of applicants are contactedHandle daily applicant enquiries from Savills database system, ensuring accurate details are registered and actionedAssist in the organising of new business sign ups, instructing photography and home report visitsPrepare marketing brochure details and assist with new property uploadsAssist with preparing sales proposals for new business clientsMaintain records on a daily basis, liaising with applicants to build rapport and archiving where necessaryCarry out viewings professionallySkills, Knowledge and ExperienceTarget driven, ideally with some property experience although not essentialDedication to provide first class client care and serviceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional organisational and prioritising skillsExcellent attention to detailConfident and proficient in dealing with applicants and sellersTeam playerEnsures compliance of legal, internal and external requirements i.e. Health and Safety, FSA, compliance, Estate Agency Act, GDPR, Bribery ActFantastic business acumen with ability to keep up with latest trends in the property industry and local marketHave the ability to multi task, take responsibility and follow through on commitmentsAdaptable and flexibleProfessional demeanour and approach to work at all timesEnthusiastic and proactiveDriving licence and access to a car is preferable Assessment applicants can expect during selection2 stage interviewPersonality Profile
