Job Description

A leading UK bank requires a Environment Manager to help deliver multiple outcomes across a key banking platform.Location: UK (working from home)Duration: 6 months initial contract with potential extensionsWhat you will do:

  • Providing environment support to programme teams to support the development & test activities.
  • Looking for opportunities for continuous improvement, reducing toil, and establishing observability; and working with teams across the programme to implement your ideas.
  • Building and leveraging relationships with colleagues across bank to make sure decisions made are commercially focused and create long term value for the organisation.
  • Driving through technology change in a complex environment.
Skills required:
  • Experience with
    • Microsoft dynamics
    • Other Customer Relationship Management tools
    • Workflow
    • Datahub
    • Jira
  • A good understanding of environment/ test manager techniques.
  • A good understanding of Agile methodologies paired with working knowledge of the Agile toolsets and experience of working in an Agile team.
  • Along with experience of contributing to roadmaps and strategies and working closely with third parties on assurance of their output, resources will need the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to your peers and management level colleagues,with good collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
  • Retail banking / mortgages experience desirable.
