Job Description

Due to internal movement earlier this year my client, a leading independent Wealth Management consultancy, currently seek a talented entry level candidate to join their direct Client Service team.The role will involve providing a high level of administration and customer service to direct clients of the company and duties will include:

  • Handling client administration via CRM, email and post
  • Sending out a range of communications to clients
  • Handling enquiries from clients regarding a range of investment products such as SIPPs and ISAs
  • Ensuring that complaints are handled sensitively and escalated appropriately
  • Working accurately in a busy environment
  • Prioritise your workload effectively and manage conflicting demands
  • Liaise with back office, digital operations and senior colleagues
  • Provide feedback fro the development of processes and procedures along with the company website
  • Applicants are likely to be Alevel or degree educated with previous exposure in an administrative / office role. You will possess outstanding communication skills both verbal and written along with high levels of attention to detail. The role is likely to suit applicants with 1 - 2 years post education experience and who are keen to develop a career in the financial services / investment sectors. You will be expected to pass an initial investment qualification within your first year and after successful completion you will be rewarded with a significant pay rise.
