  • Leading and fostering the growth of a team of engineers.
  • Assisting in the formation of engineering and project plans.
  • Ensuring successful project execution and timely delivery.
  • Monitoring progress and providing regular reports.
  • Adhering to project and business processes and governance.
  • Encouraging innovation and facilitating the implementation of improvement ideas.
  • Managing and mitigating risks associated with change initiatives.
What a successful Engineering Team Lead will have:
  • Proven experience in engineering, particularly in delivering IT and information systems projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate through an engineering lifecycle and adhere to governance processes.
  • Experience in facilitating the breakdown of tasks and estimation activities.
  • Competence in developing efficient organizational structures and implementing performance management practices.
  • Successful execution of project plans, meeting customer milestones, and achieving shared success.
  • Knowledge and comprehension of security architectures, IT systems, and systems integration, as well as accreditation processes.
