Full job descriptionEarly Years Practitioners (level 3)Salary: £23,250-£23,750Welcome bonus: you will receive a £1,000 welcome bonus on completion of your 6 month probation period!Hours: 38 hours per weekWe are currently seeking Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our amazing team at our Nursery.Are you passionate about the growth and development of the next generationOur four key values ensure that we are delivering on our mission statement, that childhood matters. We are looking for Early Childhood Teachers who share our values.As a Early Years Practitioner you will provide high quality care and education for all in a fun and stimulating environment, while nurturing excellent relationships with parents. Also focusing on building the foundations for learning for every child in linewith our key values.Key Tasks:

  • Plan and lead stimulating and educational activities that engage the children throughout the day while adhering to Early Years Foundation Stage standards.
  • Ensure the safety of all children while reporting any concerns immediately to the nursery management team this includes safeguarding.
  • To adhere to our collection policy ensuring that only a known person collects the children.
  • Attend regular staff meetings and parent’s evenings.
  • Be key person for one or more children, including monitoring their progress, maintaining records, providing developmentally and challenging next steps in the children’s development, also reporting to the parents and carers.
