Job Description

E-commerce Administrator (German Speaking)Central Edinburgh based Full Time | Monday to FridayPermanent role | Up to £22,000 (depending on experience)Search Consultancy are working exclusively with this E-commerce business based in Edinburgh to recruit a German Speaking Administrator on a permanent basis.The main purpose of this role will be to provide comprehensive administration support across a variety of systems as part of the Sales & Marketing team.Duties involved in this role will include:* Extensive use of Excel - inputting and extracting data, manipulating formulas* Listing products on online marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon & Shopify* Participating in new product launch strategies* Working with the Marketing and Sales manager to support with product listings* Working with a variety of search engines & keywords* Troubleshooting and finding solutions to listing errors* Various other admin duties as directedIn order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:* Solid previous administration experience, preferably working on an online platform or system - this experience is essential* Candidates must speak either native or fully fluent German* Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise a varied & busy workload effectively* Solid IT skills, particularly ExcelIf this is the role for you, apply now!Please note that only applicants who have the required skills and experience detailed above will be considered for this role.Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.
