Job Description

The Document Management Assistant will provide administrative assistance to employees across the business.Client DetailsSuccessful business within Professional ServicesDescriptionCore duties will be as follows:

  • Searching for documents in iManage;
  • Moving documents into new matters;
  • Saving JPEGs and Oyez to PDF;
  • Registration in RoS (including VR);
  • Registration of PoA;
  • Storage of Deeds;
  • Organising Destruction of Deeds;
  • Recall of Storage/Mandates;
  • File closures including balance checks on Aderant;
  • Completion of Client Profile Forms;
  • Completion of Expense Claim Forms;
  • Collating meeting papers; and
  • Dealing with outgoing hard copy mail.
ProfileYou should be flexible, self-motivated, highly competent, and able to work on your own initiative. Previous administrative experience is essential. A high level of discretion and confidentiality is needed for this role as you will be exposed to highly sensitiveinformation.A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is essential. Strong PC skills are required and full training will be provided on the various systems used throughout the business.Job Offer
  • Permanent, Full-time, 33.75 hours p/w
  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
  • Office based role
