Job Description

Pertemps are recruiting for an Administrator (Executive Officer) to work on an assignment at our well-known Public-Sector client based in Edinburgh.Starting ASAP - 23 Month duration37 hours per week£14.86p/hEdinburgh - Hybrid workingResponsibilities

  • Reading, sifting, and cataloguing large volumes of documents in accordance with agreed protocols.
  • Carrying out research tasks, primarily based on the documentary evidence, in support of counsel and solicitors.
  • Undertaking the redaction of data to prepare documents and witness statements for release to Participants.
  • Working closely and collaboratively with other members of the Inquiry team to ensure the smooth running of the Inquiry.
  • Other administration tasks as and when required.
Essential Criteria
  • Excellent written and oral communications and ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders and build effective working relationships.
  • Great attention to detail, with the ability to identify and source information to produce accurate written and numerical work.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work flexibly and effectively as part of a team, sharing information and communicating effectively with colleagues.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills including the ability to manage challenging workloads and competing deadlines, whilst being able to respond flexibly to changing priorities.
