Job Description

Icelantic was born in 2000 with the ambition of offering professional IT support and consultancy services to small and medium sized business, at a price that made small business sense, combined with a service that felt personal and relevant to small businessneeds.The team have grown, and they are looking for a Digital Admin apprentice to join their successful and experienced team. They have had huge success in recent years with apprentices and are looking to keep this trend going.The successful candidate will complete an SCQF Level 6 Digital Applications Support course.If this opportunity is of interest to you, apply below to express your interest.Key Responsibilities:

  • Using ConnectWise Manage and ConnectWise Sell to access existing client base
  • Assisting the sales team with preparing electronic quotations
  • Querying stock and pricing data from suppliers, placing orders, keeping customers updated and ensuring all their processes are being kept up to date
  • Manage CRM system and ensure data is updated and accurate
  • Use internal computer systems to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot customer issues.
  • Refer unsolved customer issues to designated departments or supervisor for resolution.
  • Relevant support using Microsoft packages
  • Processing purchase orders and sending them to suppliers
  • Work closely with and support existing team members at all times.
  • Liaise with company departments to ensure that all customer experience are of the highest standard.
  • Record customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints or comments, as well as actions taken.

Additional Information:
  • Salary - £13,000 per annum
  • Salary - Discussed upon successful completion of the apprenticeship
  • MonFri 9am to 5pm
