Job Description

Join our clients team as a DevOps Engineer to contribute to their in-game advertising platform expansion. Collaborate with SDK, database, and architecture teams to implement DevOps best practices, emphasizing robust and scalable infrastructure.Job Responsibilities:* Set up and maintain cloud infrastructure. * Enhance infrastructure availability and fault tolerance. * Streamline infrastructure and application management costs. * Proactively monitor infrastructure and applications. * Diagnose and resolve intricate issues. * Share expertise and best practices with the team.Requirements:* Over 3 years of DevOps experience in a Linux big data environment.* Proficiency in high-availability solutions, focusing on performance and scalability. * Mastery of AWS services (ECS, EC2, Fargate, Kafka, Kinesis, RDS, DynamoDB, Lambda, ELB, IAM). * Experience with containers and orchestration. * Proficiency in infrastructure as code (Terraform), CI/CD, GitLab Pipelines.* Scripting skills in Python/Bash for automation.* Implementing Logging and Monitoring solutions. * Knowledge of DBA practices, with a bonus for SnowFlake experience.* Prior experience as a backend developer (Python/PHP/Node.js) is advantageous.* Strong documentation skills and effective English communication.Working From Home: Fully RemoteJob Type: PermanentSalary: £50,000 - 60,000 Depending on experienceLocation: EH1 1AD (UK Based)
