They have created a very niche vertical farming solutions to tackle detrimental issues occurring within farming at the moment.By using one of their towers to grow plants, you dont have to rely on having a "good" season, dont use pesticides and limit transportation costs of moving these products across countries or even continents!Role OverviewTechnology and innovation are at the core of what they do - their software controls all the robotics which aim to create optimum growth conditions, so you would be working in an Azure Cloud environment to create data models, pipelines, and analysis toolsto control and provide intelligence on the microclimates in which the plants grow in.They are looking for someone who can assist the team by building the most effective and innovative data gathering practices. The team are looking to incorporate machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence so its an excellent opportunityto gain exposure to and learn more about it. Youll also be working with some of the crop scientists to provide them with analytical tools. For example, theyre currently developing a computer vision tool to track the height and weight of the plants.Desirable Skills
