Customer Support, Junior Support Analyst, 1stLine SupportAre you looking for an entry level role in to IT Do you have previous experience providing high-level customer service Then this could be for you!Were looking for a 1stline Support Analyst to join a leading software house based in Edinburgh. This is a great role, either for someone looking for their first entry-level role in IT, or an already established Support Analyst looking to build upon yourcareer!The Support Analyst will join a busy support desk, taking calls from a wide client base. You will be responsible for logging tickets and making sure issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner, troubleshooting issues across hardware and software.As the 1stLine Support Analyst, you will be supporting users over the phone, so, as such, youll need some previous experience within a customer service position. Were looking for a bright, inquisitive, Support Analystyou dont need to know everything,but ideally, you might have experience including:

  • Previous customer service experience, even if this isnt from an IT setting
  • Commercial 1stline Service Desk / Desktop Support experience would be a plus!
  • Any knowledge of Salesforce or Zendesk would be highly desired
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
