Job Description

Customer Success ManagerEmployment Type: Permanent / Full-TimeSalary: £30-50Kper year, commensurate with experience.SummaryOur client allows companies to integrate Stories into their native appsand websites.   • Managingall Customer Success (Account Management of clients)plus initially theCustomer Supportat Storyteller
  • Ensuring clients have a smooth onboarding experience
  • Proactively analyzingand providingstrategic engagement with clients through ad-hoc communications, bi monthly/monthly calls, trainings,andmore.
  • Building out and training up a Customer Success Team that scales as the company grows
  • Developingscalablecustomer success features e.g.selfservehelp
  • Being thesubject matter expert on all things Storytellerfor the clients
  • Gatheringcustomer product feedback and communicating back toproduct management and engineering to shape the product development roadmapas the voice of the customers
  • Managing contract renewals& upselling
QualificationsWhatsimportanttothe company:
  • A 2:1 Bachelors degree or higher.
  • 1 year or more work experienceinCustomer Success/ Account Management
  • Experience managing client relationships
  • Experience building,growing, scaling,training,and managing a CSM team
  • Strongcommunicatorwith excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, experience building strong relationships, and a passion for consistently providing a great customer experience
  • Experienceworking within aSaasor tech-focusedB2B business
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, proactive, and always open to learn
  • You have the ability to explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
