Tate are currently working in partnership with Diligenta - a company that specialises in the provision of business process services for the Life and Pensions Industry.We are looking to recruit individuals who are ready to embark on a challenging and rewarding Temp to possible Perm assignment based at their Contact Centre in central Edinburgh. This role will suit someone with strong Customer Service experience, Administration skills and enjoys a fast-paced environment.Diligenta look after 18 million policies on behalf on their clients and are leading experts within their field. This role will enable you to work alongside these experts and deliver excellent customer service, whilst developing your knowledge.This fantastic opportunity is offering a competitive £10.50 per hour. We are looking for individuals who are available immediately to interview and can start on the 17th February 2020.You will join Diligenta on a full-time basis, working 35 hours a week between the hours of 8am and 6pm. You will also be required to work 9am-1pm every 3rd Saturday.
