Job Description

Tate is working in partnership with the Phoenix Group, to identify individuals with a passion for delivering great customer service, to join their existing teams in Edinburgh. Phoenix Group is the UKs largest long-term savings and retirement business with6000 employees in the UK who are responsible for looking after 14 million life and pension policies.Phoenix Group is currently looking for customer Service Administrator to join the team in the Edinburgh office on a temporary basis.The full-time working hours at Phoenix Group are Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00, within their modern office which is located on Lothian Road EH1 2DH. (This can be easily accessible via public transport.)As a Customer Service Administrator you will be - have strong PC skills and good attention to detail Good Communication skills and good attention to detail Comfortable working within a team and on your own Passionate about proving a high standard of customer serviceWhat is expected from a Customer Service Administrator -You will be supporting the servicing of number of policies whilst ensuring that you deliver on your promises. Youll play a key role in ensuring customers are equipped with all the information they need to make the right decision regarding their pension policies.There are no sales involved in this role, whats important is your ability to have great conversations with our customers in a confident, friendly and professional manner. Proving a high standard of customer service to all policy holders at all stages of their journey with Phoenix Group. Managing a mailbox that could be receiving correspondence from colleagues or policy holders. Liaising with other departments and teams to assist a resolution for the policy holder. Maintaining a profession manner when engaging with policy holders or financial representatives. Take ownership and monitor activity on tasks that you receive. Support policy holders with any queries that they have regarding their policy that they hold at Phoenix Group.
