Job Description

Robert Half are recruiting for a Credit Controller to join a busy team with offices in central Edinburgh.The ideal candidate will be friendly, highly organised and motivated with excellent communications skills. You must be able to demonstrate previous experience of working in a similar role, and be able to work on your own initiative.Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Sales Ledger, producing accurate sales invoices
  • Working closely with the sales team, checking invoices are processed correctly
  • Supporting with outstanding debt, chasing debtors and undertake credit control
  • New customer opening, including credit checks
  • Processing of invoices and applications for payments
Key Skills
  • Previous experience working in a finance team, exposure on sales ledger is a must
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good clerical and versatility skills
  • Able to work to regular monthly deadlines and timetables
  • Comfortable working and communicating with non-finance staff
